This is Pigface, a native succulent, flowering on the beach at Corner Inlet, Wilsons Prom.

This is a banksia flower opening on the slopes of the Mount Vereker walk.  You might like to check out a gallery showing the flower as it grows to full spendour..

These shots were taken on the track to Mount Vereker.  The banksias were in full flower, and offered some divine shapes and shades!
